These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding electronic contract between you ("User", "Customer", "You") and ShriPadma Vaikuntha ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing our website, placing an order, or utilizing our services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consented to these Terms.

To enter into a transaction on our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

At ShriPadma Vaikuntha, we craft and curate pooja essentials with sincere Vedic respect and uncompromised quality standards:

• ❖ Pure Natural Ingredients: Our dhoop, sambrani, hawan samagri, and essential oils are derived from natural herbs, floral extracts, and pure resins without charcoal or harmful additives.
• ❖ Handcrafted Variations: Subtle artisan differences in shade, weight, or organic texture are the hallmark of authentic craftsmanship.
• ❖ Devotional Intent: Spiritual products are intended to foster positive energy, devotion, and sacred rituals.

All prices listed on our platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). A digital, GST-compliant tax invoice is automatically generated upon order confirmation.

When you place an order, you will receive an immediate confirmation email and SMS containing your order details.

At ShriPadma Vaikuntha, we aim to ensure that your order is processed, packed and delivered safely and efficiently through our designated delivery partners:

• ❖ Order Processing & Dispatch: All confirmed orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
• ❖ Delivery Timeline: We generally aim to deliver orders within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• ❖ Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping/tracking details through the contact information provided at the time of placing the order.
• ❖ Shipping Charges: Free shipping is available on orders of ₹999 and above. For orders below ₹999, applicable shipping charges will be added at checkout. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed before you complete your order.
• ❖ Delivery Delays: Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier delays, extreme weather, public holidays, festivals, operational disruptions, or incorrect/incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

At ShriPadma Vaikuntha, every product is packed with care before dispatch. To uphold sacred Vedic sanctity and operational standards, we observe the following terms:

• ❖ Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch Only): An order can be cancelled only before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• ❖ How to Cancel: To request cancellation before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible using our official contact details (Phone: 8700308797 or Email: support@shripadmavaikuntha.com). Cancellation requests received after dispatch cannot be accepted.
• ❖ Refunds on Cancellation: Verified orders successfully cancelled prior to parcel dispatch will receive a 100% refund credited back to the original online payment method within 5–7 business days.

All brand names, logos, product descriptions, photography, graphic designs, website source code, and promotional media on ShriPadma Vaikuntha are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

While using our website, you agree not to submit fraudulent orders, fictitious addresses, or attempt unauthorized database access or scraping without written consent.

In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to the total monetary amount actually paid by you for the specific disputed product order.

These Terms shall be interpreted, governed, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute, the competent courts located in New Delhi, India shall possess exclusive jurisdiction.
