• ❖ Designated Delivery Partners: Orders are shipped through our designated delivery partners (including premier pan-India express courier networks).
• ❖ Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping and tracking details through the contact information provided at the time of placing the order (via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email).
• ❖ Timelines Notice: Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances.

We generally aim to deliver orders within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery may take longer in certain remote locations, during festivals, holidays, adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• ❖ Free Shipping Threshold: Free shipping is available on all orders of ₹999 and above.
• ❖ Orders below ₹999: For orders below ₹999, applicable shipping charges will be added at checkout.
• ❖ Upfront Display: The applicable delivery charge will be clearly displayed before you complete your order. You can review all charges before finalizing payment.

• ❖ Late Requests: Cancellation requests received after dispatch cannot be accepted.

For verified cancellations successfully confirmed prior to parcel dispatch, the entire purchase amount will be refunded back to the original online payment method within 5–7 business days.

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, extreme weather, public holidays, festivals, operational disruptions or incorrect/incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order, you may contact us before the order is dispatched. Cancellation requests can only be processed before dispatch.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation, return, or replacement requests will not be accepted.
